We are currently in the design phase of this project. But here are some high-level components that we propose will be a part of our approach...

Polynomial commitments let us summarize an application's whole state in an efficient way, all while giving us the power to prove that nodes really have it ready-to-hand, and allowing us to update it cheaply and efficiently. These commitments let us split up the data into manageable chunks, making it easy for applications to use it, and gives us wins on our state replication proofs too!
